Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Clubyard app and website. By using the service you agree to them. The service is operated by Lukáš Zuzaňák (ZuluStudio), e-mail lukas@zuzanak.eu.
1. About the service
Clubyard is an app for managing car clubs — members, events and group drives, vehicle records and communication. The service is available as a web admin interface and a mobile app for iOS and Android.
2. Accounts and roles
A club creates an account and designates an administrator who manages members. Members sign in with their own account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Pricing and payments
The app is free for club members. The club pays a subscription according to the current pricing. New clubs get a 30-day free trial. Prices and plans are listed at clubyard.app and may change; we will notify you in advance.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service — in particular upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, disrupt operation, gain unauthorized access to other clubs’ data, or use the service to send spam.
5. Content and data
Club data (members, vehicles, events, messages, photos) belongs to the respective club and its users. You grant the operator only the license necessary to operate and display the service. The operator does not sell the data or use it for other purposes.
6. Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and updates.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profit arising from the use or unavailability of the service. We recommend clubs keep their own backups of important data.
8. Termination
A club may cancel its subscription at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these terms. After termination, access to data may be limited; upon request we export or delete the data in line with the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by e-mail. By continuing to use the service you agree to the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
