Delete your account
Here you can request deletion of your Clubyard account. We verify the request against the e-mail and phone number on your account and send you a confirmation. The account is deleted 30 days after the request.
1. How it works
- Enter the e-mail and phone number stored on your account.
- You receive a confirmation e-mail with the exact deletion date.
- Your account and personal data are deleted 30 days after the request.
- Until then you can keep signing in and cancel the request anytime using the link from the e-mail.
2. What gets deleted
- Your profile - name, e-mail, phone, nickname, bio and profile photo.
- Club memberships and the record of your membership payments.
- Your event comments, attendance votes and message reactions.
- Location records from group drives and device identifiers used for notifications.
- Sign-in credentials - you will no longer be able to log in.
3. What stays in the club
So the club does not lose its history, the events, messages and group drives you created stay, along with vehicle ownership records. They will be attributed to "Deleted account" and cannot be linked back to you. Vehicles remain in the club register with no connection to your person.

4. Deleting from the app
You can make the same request in the mobile app: Profile, then the Delete account button. A signed-in user only confirms, no phone check is needed.
