Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These standards apply to the Clubyard website and the Clubyard and Klubová apka mobile apps (developer ZuluStudio, Lukáš Zuzaňák). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Zero tolerance
Any content or behaviour that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers children is prohibited on the service. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- upload, share or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM),
- contact a child with the intent of sexual abuse (grooming),
- sexualise minors in text, photos or other content,
- blackmail or traffic children, including sextortion.
2. Who the service is for
Clubyard is used by members of car clubs to manage memberships, vehicles, events and club communication. The service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over; by registering, users confirm they are adults. We remove accounts of minors. Users are admitted to a club by its administrator.
3. How to report
Report content or behaviour that endangers children:
- in the mobile app: Profile → “Nahlásit problém” (Report a problem),
- by e-mail to lukas@zuzanak.eu (subject “Child safety”),
- to your club administrator, who can remove the content immediately.
4. How we respond
We review every report without undue delay and within 72 hours at the latest. If confirmed, we remove the content, block the responsible user’s account and preserve the data needed for an investigation.
We report identified CSAM and cases of child endangerment to the Police of the Czech Republic and other competent authorities as required by law, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where relevant.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, in particular the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, as well as Google Play and App Store policies.
6. Child safety point of contact
Lukáš Zuzaňák (ZuluStudio), e-mail lukas@zuzanak.eu. The point of contact can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
